Flying high

Take to the skies by helicopter ride and survey the amazing blue expanse of the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring Cycladic islands.

Fly over the island baked by the sun and dotted with whitewashed houses, out across to Delos and Rhenia and then towards Tinos, Paros and Naxos which each have their own character although they are only a few nautical miles from one another.

In a little under an hour, you will have seen our islands like a bird, from a perspective to which not even the locals are privy.

Cook with our Chef

Owner’s Tip: The celebrated Myconian tradition of hospitality finds its highest expression in welcoming a guest to our kitchen.

Join our chef Ilias Maslaris on his morning run to choose fresh organic vegetables at the local market and from our exclusive suppliers, as well as select the fresh day’s catch straight off the boats. Set aside time in the afternoon to enjoy a private Mediterranean cooking class.

The kitchen is one of my favourite parts of the hotel and I may even drop in to learn a few tricks.

Share the resulting culinary collaboration with your partner or family that evening, accompanied by a special Greek vintage on the house, selected by our sommelier to accompany your ‘home-cooked’ feast’.

Fine Dining

Celebrate your first evening on Mykonos savouring regional flavours and rare vintages by booking a spectacular candlelit dinner under the stars at Efisia, our restaurant sheltered from the evening breeze in an alcove of rough-hewn stone.

In tribute to our guiding philosophy, it is named after the Greek word ‘physis’ (φύσις), the philosophical term for ‘nature’. As one of the top tables on the island, Efisia pairs the culinary tradition and refined atmosphere of Relais & Chateaux with our down-to-earth passion for food.

Our Executive Chef Ilias Maslaris combines classic culinary traditions with a contemporary sensitivity to Mediterranean flavours. His distinctive touch transforms the finest farm-to-table produce and the fishermen’s daily without losing the thread of simplicity and seasonal ingredients. Both à la carte options and a menu dégustation are complemented by a discerning selection of wines. Bookings are essential!

Thalasso Spa

Prepare for the restorative benefits of the Aegean with a pit stop at our spa on arrival.

At the very least, book an exfoliating scrub and hydrating massage to prepare your skin for the blessings of the Myconian sun, saltwater and ionized sea air. Steam rooms, Thalasso pools with different temperatures and salinity, exclusive products and the able hands of our expert therapists await you.

Select your treatment from a menu of spa classics, complemented by a range of holistic therapies that will be personalised to suit your needs. Our expert therapists use two exclusive and award-winning ranges: Elemis, the leading professional British Spa and therapeutic Skincare science, renowned for exceptional dynamically active, anti-ageing ingredients and effective massage sequences; St. Barth, the highly sought-after Caribbean line prized by beauty professionals worldwide for the exceptional quality of its entirely natural floral blends.

Balance Body & Mind

Anticipate your Mykonos indulgences with a fitness programme scheduled ahead of time.

Our private yoga and Pilates instructors are at your disposal to help you maintain your fitness, or take it to a new level – one week of regular practice is all you need to transform your life.

If you are already a seasoned practitioner, you will know all about the restorative power of yoga to place the body and mind in perfect equilibrium, but you may find that the idyllic conditions on Mykonos enhance these benefits. As a beginner, breathe, stretch, relax and follow our lead. We have a state-of-the-art Pilates Studio and our private yoga sessions place an emphasis on special settings such as secret sunrise or full moon yoga, as well as sunset yoga paired with meditation. Spa treatments are the perfect complement to create a 360-degree Ambassador wellness experience.

Scuba Diving

The crystal waters of Mykonos offer many opportunities for diving and snorkelling, including two shipwrecks and a rich variety of marine life.

Visibility is fantastic and sites are adapted to weather conditions and diver experience. For experienced divers, there is the option of Night Diving, NITROX-enriched air and Deep Diving Adventure and Specialities.

The highlights, among many others are: Paradise Reef at a depth of 2-30m; Paradise Point’s dramatic topography at depths ranging from 10-30m, with swim-throughs and steep drop-offs, as well as interesting ancient artefacts; the Anna II Wreck, a large cement carrier which sunk to a depth between 18-35m in July 1995 and is accessible only to divers certified to PADI Advanced Open Water; the desert island of Dragonisi, located a 40-minute boat ride to the south-east of Mykonos and which boasts spectacular rocks formations and caverns whose walls are covered with small yellow anemones, a great dive site with a depth of 3-30m for underwater photography enthusiasts. Commonly encountered marine life includes octopus, wrasse, barracuda, bream, groupers, moray eels, lobster, nudibranchs, starfish, sponges and anemones among others.

Water Sports

The beach below our hotel is as beloved for its fine sand and crystal water, as for its action-packed offering of watersports which includes jet-skiing, instruction in wakeboarding, surfing, skating or water-skiing, tube-sofa and banana-boat rides, canoeing and snorkelling.
